1. Add 13% Hotel and sales tax to above rates. No tax required on 6 month and one year stays.
2. A separate (refundable) security deposit and cleaning fee required based on length of stay and number of occupants. Refunds made within 45 days of departure.
3. Payment in full (non-refundable) due within three days of placing reservation. We recommend overnight mail service to ensure immediate confirmation of reservation. Checks only.

5. We have a Two-Week Minimum because of the special care required to prepare an apartment.
